Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 27, 2026

ThreadFits is an independent website that reviews men's T-shirts. It is run by Talha Siddiqui, an individual based in Matawan, New Jersey, USA. ThreadFits is not a company or LLC. In this policy, "ThreadFits," "we," "us," and "our" mean Talha Siddiqui.

This policy explains what information is collected when you visit threadfits.com (and its preview address, threadfits.webflow.io), how it is used, who receives it, and what choices you have. If you have questions, email info@threadfits.com.

The short version

Information we collect

Information you give us

We do not ask for your name, phone number, mailing address, or payment details on this site.

Information collected automatically

When you visit ThreadFits, your browser automatically sends basic technical information to the services that deliver the site. This can include your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, the page you came from, the pages you request, and the date and time. The services that receive it are described in the next section.

Cookies

When we checked on September 27, 2026, the site did not set any cookies or store anything in your browser's local storage during a normal visit. Cloudflare Turnstile, which protects our signup form, may process information from your browser for security purposes, as described below.

Services we use

These are the outside services that help run ThreadFits, what each one does, and what it receives.

Webflow (website hosting)

Webflow hosts and delivers the website. When you visit, Webflow and its content delivery networks (including Amazon CloudFront) receive the technical information described above, such as your IP address and browser details, so they can serve the pages and keep the site secure. Read Webflow's privacy policy.

Kit (newsletter)

We use Kit (formerly ConvertKit) to run the newsletter. When you enter your email address in the signup form, it is sent directly to Kit, along with basic technical details of the request, such as your IP address and the time you signed up. Kit then emails you a link to confirm your subscription. You are only added to the list after you confirm. Kit stores the subscriber list and sends the newsletter for us. Kit may also record whether newsletter emails are opened and which links are clicked, which is standard email reporting. Read Kit's privacy policy.

Cloudflare Turnstile (spam protection)

Cloudflare Turnstile protects our signup form from spam and bots. Because the signup form appears at the bottom of every page, Turnstile loads on every page. It checks signals from your browser, such as your IP address, browser details, and the site you are on, to tell people apart from bots. It does not ask you to solve puzzles in most cases. Read Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy addendum and Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Google Fonts (typefaces)

The site's fonts, and the small script that loads them, come from Google's servers. This means Google receives your IP address and browser information when a page loads. Read the Google Fonts privacy FAQ and Google's privacy policy.

Buy Me a Coffee (support)

If you want to support ThreadFits, our Support page links to our page on Buy Me a Coffee. Nothing from Buy Me a Coffee loads on our site. If you choose to contribute, you do it on Buy Me a Coffee's website, and Buy Me a Coffee and its payment processors handle the payment. We never see your full payment card details. Buy Me a Coffee may share with us details such as the name you give, any message you leave, and your email address. We use these only to thank you and keep basic records. Read Buy Me a Coffee's privacy policy.

How we use information

We use personal information only to:

Affiliate Links

Our reviews include "Buy Now" links to retailers. Some links to retailers may be affiliate links. If you buy something through an affiliate link, ThreadFits may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you.
As an Amazon Associate, ThreadFits earns from qualifying purchases.

Commissions never affect our scores or verdicts. We buy and test every

product independently.

When you click a link to a retailer, the retailer (or an affiliate network working with it) may use cookies or similar tools on its own site to track that the visit or purchase came from ThreadFits. That tracking happens on the retailer's site and is covered by the retailer's privacy policy.

Links to other websites

ThreadFits links to retailers, to Buy Me a Coffee, and to our profiles on Instagram, Threads, TikTok, X, and YouTube. When you leave ThreadFits, the other site's privacy policy applies. We don't control what those sites collect.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share information only:

How long we keep information

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every newsletter email, or by emailing us.

Wherever you live, you can ask us what personal information we have about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, or send you a copy. To make a request, email info@threadfits.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We may ask you to confirm the request comes from you, for example by replying from the email address you subscribed with. We aim to respond within 30 days, and always within the time the law requires. We won't treat you differently for making a request.

California and other U.S. states

Residents of California and several other U.S. states have legal rights to know, access, correct, and delete their personal information, and to opt out of its sale or use for targeted advertising. We honor these requests for everyone. The only personal information we collect is identifiers: your email address if you subscribe, and your IP address as processed by the service providers above. We do not sell or share personal information, we do not collect sensitive personal information, and we do not knowingly sell or share information about anyone under 16. If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying with the subject line "Privacy Appeal."

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Because we don't sell or share personal information or track you for advertising, there is currently nothing for a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal to turn off. If that changes, we will honor Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out request.

Children's privacy

ThreadFits is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us their email address, contact us and we'll delete it.

Security

We use reputable service providers and reasonable safeguards to protect the information we have. No website or email system is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Where information is processed

ThreadFits is run from the United States. Our service providers may store or process information in the United States and other countries.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the site or our practices change, for example if we add analytics or start using a new service. We'll post the updated policy on this page and change the effective date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll also note it on the site or in the newsletter.
